What can I expect from Ritmo Latino in Dublin?
Discover and celebrate Latin American culture with music (live local bands and DJ), gastronomy and arts. Expect lively music, amazing food and drink, and outstanding paintings and hand-crafted works.

Does the event take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The event will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does a session last?
A session will last around 5 hours.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes.

Handmade products will be available for sale.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Ritmo Latino in Dublin can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
What are the different ticket prices?
Ticket prices will start at €20 for adults and €14 for children under 16.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time, or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are welcomed at the exhibition with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket. Here are a few of the documents we accept:

This event is recommended for all ages. However, please keep in mind that it doesn’t have baby changing facilities.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket to make the most of the event.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid. Please note that the latest entry will be one hour prior to the end of the session.
What are the prohibited items at the event?
Flash photography, food and beverage that hasn’t been purchased on site, anything that may disturb the other attendees.
Can I smoke or vape?
No. However, there will be designated smoking areas.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
Can I bring animals?
Only service dogs are allowed on site.
Can I come and go?
No. Once you leave the venue you are not allowed to get back in, unless you have another ticket.
What do I do if I have any questions about accessibility/special accommodations?
Ritmo Latino is accessible to wheelchairs. Please contact us and we will advise on how we can best assist you.
Can I bring pram/ baby carriage?
Yes.
Are there any specific COVID-19 rules to attend this experience?
As official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, we need to may enforce proof of vaccination and/or obligatory mask use. Currently to attend this experience mask use will not be mandatory, nor will COVID-19 vaccination be required. However, we highly encourage all attendees to wear masks and not to attend if you are showing symptoms.
What should I wear to Ritmo Latino Dublin?
We recommend you to wear comfortable clothing as the sessions last up to 5 hours. Please note that we also recommend you to wear warm clothing considering the current weather.
